How do I become a member?

Ask about membership options, the membership share and supporting documents. Use the verified SACCO email or prepare an enquiry here. Membership is confirmed by the SACCO.

How do I open an account?

Ask about available accounts, identification, the opening amount and fees. Do not upload an ID copy here. The SACCO will explain the approved way to provide it.

How do I apply for a loan?

First ask about available products, interest, fees, security and repayment periods. Prepare information on the purpose and your ability to repay. The SACCO makes the credit decision.

Does preparing a request mean it has been received?

No. This website prepares a draft only. You can download it or open your email application and send it yourself. Opening an email does not confirm sending or receipt.

How do I follow up on a request?

After sending an email, ask the SACCO to acknowledge receipt and provide a reference. Live request tracking is not available on this website. A locally saved draft exists only on this device.

What should I do if I forgot my PIN?

Contact the SACCO or the provider of the service through a verified channel. Never put a PIN, password or one-time code in an enquiry or email.

What should I do about a suspicious message?

Do not open the link, share a code or send money. Keep the message and its date, then contact the SACCO through its verified email. If funds or account access are at risk, contact the provider immediately through a channel you already know.

Where can I find approved fees and interest rates?

Request a dated tariff and the full service cost from the SACCO. No Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge rates or fees are published on this website. Calculator estimates do not replace a quotation or contract.

How can I raise a complaint or suggestion?

Choose “Complaint or suggestion” in the request form. Describe what happened and when, leaving out confidential information. Send it using your email, retain a copy and ask for a reference.

Can this website receive money?

No. This website does not receive money, PINs or account credentials. Confirm approved payment channels directly with the SACCO before using any service.
